With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, supporting them through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and many other struggles. I understand that our past experiences, relationships, cultural backgrounds, and personal beliefs shape who we are, and that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Because of this, I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from various modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment theory, and solution-focused therapy. This allows me to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs and goals.

Therapy is not just about working through pain, it is also about discovering your strengths, building resilience, and finding new ways to create a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful. Sometimes, we may not even be aware of the thoughts and patterns that shape our emotions and behaviours.
