Sarah aims to create a supportive, collaborative environment in her work that allows clients to develop insight into the issues they are struggling with, grow and thrive. Sarah works in a humanistic way, believing that each client is the expert in their own lives, and she also integrates aspects of other approaches into her work such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).

Sarah holds a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS) and is a pre-accredited member of APCP. Her undergraduate degree was in psychology from DCU. She operates in accordance with APCP's code of ethics, and practices professionally under clinical supervision.
