Coming for Therapy
Our team of experienced therapists specialise in a variety of different areas. Appointments can be made, depending on availability, at various times from Monday to Saturday, including evenings. Fees for a one-hour session range from €50-€85; this can be discussed further when making an appointment.
An initial consultation is carried out, providing the opportunity to meet the therapist and get an understanding of what to expect from therapy. A plan for therapy is then agreed, carried out and reviewed as necessary, with follow up sessions if required.
Issues for Therapy
We provide therapy for those who are struggling with specific diagnosed mental health issues, as well as those who are struggling with the ups and downs of everyday life such as:
- Stress & Anxiety problems (Generalised Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Social Phobia, Panic, Health Anxiety, etc)
- Addictions (substance & behavioural)
- Low self-esteem
- Eating disorders & body image issues
- Relationship issues
- Grief and loss
- Fertility issues
Low Cost Counselling Service
Senior trainee therapists offer low cost counselling for those who decide they are not in a position to pay the full cost fee for whatever reason. The rate for this service is €20 per one-hour session.
Adolescent Counselling Service
Some of our therapists have particular experience in working with adolescents and the issues they typically struggle with. Adolescence can be a challenging time of transition, and many teens benefit from talking issues through with a professional.
